This notice explains how COLD Management handles the personal data of applicants and models under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
COLD Management (Cold Management OÜ, once registered), based in Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: mail@coldmgmt.com. The data controller is COLD Management.
When you apply to become a face, we collect the details you submit: name, age, city, height, email, Instagram handle, any message, and the photos you send us. We only collect what you choose to provide.
To assess your application, contact you about representation, and — if we work together — to develop and promote you as a model. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form and tick the consent box.
You must be 18 or over to apply. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an applicant is under 18, we delete their data.
We do not sell your data. If you become a COLD face, we may share your portfolio and measurements with clients and partner agencies for booking and placement purposes, with your knowledge.
If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your data within a reasonable period. If you become a model with us, we keep your data for as long as we represent you.
Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email mail@coldmgmt.com. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
